In this video, Marine Thévenet, director of CIFAS, tells us how the Féral Festival questions an artist’s role in urban transformation. The festival’s experience in Wiels Marsh in Brussels showcases the diversity of potential appropriations in a context of resistance. She also mentions the “Résidence secondaire” project with Cie l’âge de la Tortue, which offers a protocol for comparing the views of people with different functions, in the creation of a shared work of art.
