Parks – city parks are open to all citizens of the city and beyond. Parks are free to enter and people use them for a variety of purposes.

Streets – streets are used by pedestrians as well as by vehicles. Streets can be used for walking, shopping, housing and are accessible by citizens free of charge.

Hello, I’m Lucy and work with museums in the East of England. I have enjoyed public space art through the Norfolk & Norwich Festival for many years. I am now on a steering committee for an artist-run charity and want to know how to help artists create art in public spaces.
