In this video, Anne Aubry and Christelle Blouët talk about how cultural rights help raise awareness of the complex organisation of territories. How can real cooperation be achieved between the many different roles of each stakeholder? How can we overcome the impact of connections between stakeholders in a given area, and the, sometimes tacit, hierarchy of structures? How can we overcome the roles assigned to certain places and roles in cooperation? Cultural rights help us work with diverse issues, ways of doing things and practices to find combinations and complementarities to build a common ground, and promote the externalities created by a project.
