In this video, Christelle Blouët, Coordinator of Réseau Culture 21, explains the context behind and the intentions of the Paideia approach to cultural rights, along with the “Inhabiting Public Space” research project and action that fed into the MOOC. This research project and action identified 7 issues we wish to explore in order to question the implementation of cultural rights in public space.
