In this video, Laetitia Madancos, artistic director of L’Entaille, presents her project “Toi sans qui le monde”, a 1,637-kilometre journey in a bedroom from Marseille to Le Havre port. She defends the idea of sharing intimacy and politics in public space, in order to build a society together, through the imagination that this bed generates in public space. It’s possible to speak to people in public space. It’s possible to disagree in public space. It’s possible to demand things in public space. Living and daring to take a stand in this space opens up the possibility of telling one’s own stories.
